Kingston - Refurbishment

We were entrusted by the Monash Health Kingston manager to oversee the transformation of the hospital's gift shop into a modern office space designed to accommodate a team of nine professional staff.

 

Our comprehensive scope of work involved the complete design and construction of this project, which included the creation of an exclusive office for the manager, an open-plan workspace for the office staff, as well as the integration of essential amenities such as a dedicated printer station and a convenient kitchenette.

 

Our journey commenced with a meticulous process of generating CAD drawings, which underwent multiple revisions to ensure the optimal layout and functionality. Following this rigorous planning phase, we presented the preferred CAD design to the facilities manager for review.

Upon receiving approval, we swiftly moved into action. Within a mere day of project authorization, we assumed control of the site and initiated the construction phase. for six weeks, our team diligently executed the project, resulting in the successful transformation of the space.
