McNab Avenue - New Tenancy

Our client, a leading immigration law firm, have been working in an old and cramped space and wanted a new tenancy within a building easily accessible to their client area and within easy reach of public transport.

They chose a floor in McNab Avenue, an iconic building building in Footscray, where they now have their new identity with their own dedicated entry and lift access.

Working Spaces were called in to design the space with a priority to fit acoustically-sound private interview and conference rooms within the space, essential for the confidentiality required for the clients.

As you enter, you are greeted by the two-person reception desk with a stunning granite top and curved timber front set within welcoming and complimentary curved walls. Brightly lit graphics clearly identify the company and add a splash of colour.

Here, there is seating immediately adjacent to a series of simply furnished conference rooms of various sizes.

Behind reception there is an elegant boardroom with comfortable leather seating and with full audio-visual capabilities used for meetings, entertainment and in the company's ongoing staff training programs.

In the main office, there are colourful and practical workstations for lawyers, paralegals and support staff and even for the partners. There are planter cabinets to further delineate areas and to provide the massive storage requirements. The plants provide a fresh colour and help to improve the air quality.

Along with a dedicated communications room, there are printing and storage rooms. A pleasant and thoughtful feature is the fully-fitted and colourful breakout area a lovely spot to relax.

"A very pleasant working environment with views to envy"
